Warranty

Our standard warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase from CLV Glasstech Marketing. Your CLV Glasstech product will be replaced or repaired at our option, at no cost to you. Our warranty protects you against damage that is the result of a manufacturing defect and is non-transferrable from the original owner.


What is covered by the warranty?

Elements of the mirror, such as Led light bulb, on-off touch screen button, bracket, bought new by the customers.


What is excluded from the warranty?

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage that is the result of improper storage, installation (failure to comply with assembly instructions), negligent misuse, or products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer
  • Natural or accidental disasters, fall, impact, light discoloration, burn, excessive heating, humidity, presence of insects, natural variations between components.
  • Modifications, repairs or additions of items that are not part of the mirror or parts or components by the customer or by a person not approved by the manufacturer.
  • Use for professional or commercial purposes.
  • Items bought as used or secondhand products, including items that served as floor models.
  • Items that have been altered by an unauthorized 3rd party repair person


Contents of the guarantee

CLV Glasstech Marketing warrants that CLV Glasstech mirror or accessory is suitable for the use for which the mirror or accessory is intended, under its normal operating conditions and when it has been assembled according to the assembly instructions supplied by the manufacturer that the mirror or accessory corresponds to its description as communicated in the various printed or digital media controlled by CLV Glasstech Marketing. CLV Glasstech Marketing warrants that the CLV Glasstech mirror or accessory does not have any defect in workmanship or concealed defects, having undergone the quality control at the factory.


Warranty implementation information

Documents to be provided: copy of delivery order and purchase invoice or receipt, and photos of the defect.

So as to achieve a continuous improvement of its mirror, CLV Glasstech Marketing reserves the right to call, at its own expense, an internal or external expert to inspect the defect and its causes, and to propose the replacement of the components when the replacement of the mirror has a disproportionate cost compared to the repair, or to propose equivalent components or models according to the availability of the mirror concerned by the guarantee.
